When booking hotel rooms, it might be tempting to go through a big 3rd party online travel agent (OTA) like Booking.com<\/a> or Hotels.com<\/a>. And yes, sometimes that is the easiest approach if you just want to book a standard room. However, if you want a really nice room in one of the higher categories, junior suites or suites, it is good to know that not all rooms are published on the big OTAs even though they are available. Hotels often “save” their best rooms for direct bookings or bookings through more exclusive travel agents. And some really good hotels are not even present on the big OTAs at all.
