It’s high-level hospitality with great attention to detail. We sat at a table in the kitchen and watched the chefs work their magic on local venison and simple greens from the garden. There are fires in the many fireplaces, flower arrangements everywhere. The hygge ideal in a distinctly Scottish setting.
