Accommodation

Opened in July 2025, Laba Grumeti Art Lodge features just 12 freestanding luxury tented suites, including 11 double suites and one family suite. Carefully positioned to maximize privacy and panoramic views, each suite appears suspended above the plains, creating a profound connection with the surrounding landscape. Spacious interiors combine contemporary comfort with handcrafted details, offering an elegant retreat in the heart of the Serengeti.

Design & Art

Conceived by Xavier Marie and Julie Brisson, founders of the Laba Laba lodge collection, the lodge is a celebration of African creativity and craftsmanship. Steel-frame architecture, timber shingles, hand-carved stone, and intricate Jali bead screens blend seamlessly with the natural environment. Throughout the property, a curated collection of African art enriches the guest experience. Every suite features at least three original works from a private collection of 42 pieces created by ten contemporary African artists, reflecting the strength, beauty, and cultural richness of the continent.
