Nestled across 300 hectares of forest, beach, and sand dunes, Kisawa sits on the southern tip of Benguerra Island, just 14 kilometers off the coast of Mozambique. Part of the Bazaruto Archipelago, the island is surrounded by one of the Indian Ocean’s richest, least explored subtropical ecosystems within the neighboring National Marine Park.

Across Kisawa’s diverse culinary venues, our philosophy is to present the best of Africa in fresh, modern ways. We've partnered with local farmers and fishermen from the Inhambane province, using natural, locally sourced ingredients. From grilling to baking, much of what is served is grown and prepared in the Kisawa Kitchen.
