A Secluded Provençal Retreat
At the foot of the Sainte-Baume mountain range in Tourves, the Blacailloux wine estate offers an intimate escape into the quieter side of Provence. Set at around 400 metres between the Sainte-Baume Mountains and Mont Aurélien, the estate is surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, and holm oak forests. Blacailloux offers four Provençal estates for private rental, each designed to provide space, privacy, and a deeply authentic connection with the surrounding countryside. The villas sit within a landscape carefully preserved by the Chamoin family for four generations, offering an understated form of luxury defined by silence, nature, and generous open space.
A Historic Wine Estate
The vineyard has continued its traditions since 1917, producing organic wines shaped by the distinctive terroir of inland Provence. Surrounded by mountains, vines, olive trees, and Mediterranean woodland, Blacailloux offers a rare opportunity to experience the region through its agricultural heritage and natural rhythms.
La Table de Blacailloux
Born among the vineyards, La Table de Blacailloux celebrates the flavours of Provence through fresh, local, and seasonal cuisine. Developed in collaboration with Michelin-starred Marseille chef Ludovic Turac, the menu combines simplicity and precision, following the rhythm of the estate, the seasons, and the harvest.
