Praise
Two of the signature suites are named for famous guests Winston Churchill and Edith Piaf; it’s easy to imagine they’d approve of the hotel in its present state as well, with its fine-dining Mediterranean restaurant, its elegant indoor-outdoor Lounge Bar, and a first-rate spa.

Hotels Own Introduction
A Historic Mansion by the Sea
Built in 1887, this former mansion takes its name from the limestone cliffs stretching from Cassis to Marseille. Just beyond the marina, between the village and the Calanques, it enjoys a privileged setting with panoramic views of the dramatic Cap Canaille. Converted into a hotel in the early 1920s, it has since welcomed iconic figures such as Winston Churchill and Edith Piaf.
Mediterranean Cuisine
Les Belles Canailles pays tribute to the Mediterranean through bold, terroir-driven cuisine. Under the guidance of Executive Chef Nicolas Sintes, the menu evolves with the seasons, balancing timeless classics with inspired contemporary creations.
Wellness by the Sea
Tucked among pine trees and overlooking the sea, the hotel invites guests to experience wellness where innovation meets relaxation. The Sisley® Spa by Les Roches Blanches offers four treatment rooms, including a double suite, a mosaic hammam, and a fitness area with Technogym equipment—all enhanced by breathtaking views of Cap Canaille.
