Once home to influential record labels where songs by legendary artists took shape, the property has been thoughtfully transformed into a 19-room boutique hotel that celebrates creativity, design, and Southern hospitality. Rich in character yet distinctly contemporary, it offers a fresh perspective on Nashville while honouring the stories embedded within its walls.

Design & Accommodation

Designed by Sara Ruffin Costello, the creative force behind The Chloe New Orleans, the hotel preserves the architectural charm of its past while embracing modern comfort. Original details including coffered ceilings, reclaimed wood floors, and exposed brickwork nod to Nashville’s historic warehouse culture, while carefully curated furnishings and artwork by local makers bring a sense of place to every room. Each guest room feels personal and collected, offering a stylish retreat that is both intimate and unmistakably Nashville.

At the heart of The Chloe Nashville is a vibrant culinary experience inspired by the spirit of New Orleans and the flavours of the American South. Led by Chef Matt Regan, the restaurant blends Gulf Coast influences with Nashville traditions, creating a menu designed for sharing and connection.
