Set across 250 acres in New York’s Hudson Valley, Troutbeck is a storied estate hotel long cherished by naturalists, poets, and romantics. The Manor House, Benton House, and Garden House together welcome up to 86 guests across 37 individually designed rooms and suites. Each space blends timeless character with modern comfort, featuring Frette linens, fireplaces, and indulgent soaking tubs for a deeply restorative stay.
Dining at Troutbeck
Open to both guests and the local community, the Dining Room serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily, with brunch on Sundays. Designed by Champalimaud, the space is light-filled by day and warmly atmospheric by night, seating 76 guests and adapting effortlessly from intimate dinners to lively gatherings.

Housed in The Barns, Troutbeck’s wellness sanctuary offers a refined menu of treatments created in collaboration with Wildsmith.
