Villa Korta Katarina is the passion project of American philanthropists Lee and Penny Anderson, who fell in love with Croatia’s warmth, culinary heritage, and winemaking tradition. Their restoration of the historic Rivijera Hotel evolved into a decade-long transformation, today standing as one of the Adriatic’s most exclusive estates.
