Hotels Own Introduction
A Majestic Retreat in the Heart of Ireland
Nestled within a splendid manor that dates back to 1732 and offering stunning views of the iconic Rock of Cashel, Cashel Palace has been meticulously restored to become a sought-after destination hotel in Ireland. Ideally situated between the vibrant town and the serene countryside, the hotel features elegant bedrooms and suites, as well as beautifully appointed public areas, all set amid expansive gardens, a world-class spa, and the welcoming Guinness Bar.
Culinary Excellence
As a proud member of Relais & Châteaux, Cashel Palace is renowned for its exceptional dining experiences. Executive Chef Stephen Hayes crafts a remarkable culinary journey, drawing on the rich produce sourced from the lush pastures of the Golden Vale, creating dishes that celebrate the region's natural bounty.
Luxurious Accommodations
Each of our rooms and suites is a sanctuary of comfort, impeccably designed to ensure restful relaxation. With spacious layouts that honor the heritage of this historic house, they blend the charm of the past with modern luxury, providing everything you need for an indulgent getaway.
Enchanting Gardens
Open to both residents and visitors, our gardens are enclosed within historic stone walls, reflecting the original designs by architect Edward Lovett Pearce. While their history is somewhat enigmatic, maps from 1840 and 1884, along with later photographs, have guided their restoration. Today, the gardens feature notable specimen plants, including two mulberry trees planted in 1702 to commemorate the coronation of Queen Anne, adding to the allure of this enchanting estate.
